Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is within 12 hours of placing it.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 5 business days from the day on which we receive the request. We will use the same means of refund as you used for the order. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, send us an email at help@morrowandstone.com and send your item to:

Conditions for returns:

In order for goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods have a manufacturing flaw

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods that were made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods that, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, for example, goods that deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

• Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, and some health and personal care items

• Products with obvious signs of use not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Sealed CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

• Downloadable software products

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Gift cards

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should send the goods to the address we will send you after the return has been approved.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return delivery.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days of notification, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts:

All refunds are sent to the gift giver by the same means they used for the purchase.
